Vitamin were firstly discovered by FG HOPKIN, but the term "vitamin" was take in use by C FUNK. Like the other vitamins , vitamin A is the most necessary and important to get a tension free life or lightful joy. 
 
Chemical names :- the chemical name of vitamin A is called RETINOL or CAROTENOIDS.

Diseases absent of vitamin A___
In the lack of vitamin A , you will reduce your life-style in the very down point and get a cruel or miserable life. There are many diseases come to notice in lack of vitamin-A, they are--
  1.  Night blindness or Nyctalopia
  2. Hyperkeratosis
  3. Keratomalacia
Are some major problems when vitamin-A was not in enough level..

For avoid those diseases--      
             To avoid that cruel diseases in the lack of vitamin-A , you have to eat some natural ingredients and those are-
  • 2 oranges daily in early morning..
  • Green vegetables are the very good source of vitamin A..
  • Salad is very necessary for vitamin-A , especially the carrots..
  • After that you can take pumpkins as the natural resource of vitamin-A...
  • Squash and spinach are also very useful..
