What is the right age for join gym?

Right time for start gym:-
Si the right time for start workout is above 15-16 years. It is the best time to be started. Because in this age human body converted on muscle growth. The growth of muscles are in fast mode.

Have to avoid:-
To increase the muscle one should avoid heavy weight in this age. Because human bones in the age of 15 ir 16 are very weak compare to mid 20 and above.
